Mark Gurman記者は最新のニュースレターで、9月12日もしくは9月13日（日本時間9月13日もしくは9月14日）になる可能性を伝えていましたが、現在は9月12日が有力のようです。

発表イベントは、iPhone 14発表イベントと同様、録画されたビデオ映像、Appleでのリアル参加、Appleでのハンズオンが計画されているとのこと。

iPhone 15は、標準モデルにもダイナミックアイランドを搭載。Lightningポートが廃止され、すべてのモデルがUSB-Cを採用する見通し。iPhone 15 Proモデルではさらにベゼルが薄くなり、A17 Bionicチップを搭載。iPhone 15 Pro Maxでは、ペリスコープカメラを搭載すると予測されています。
